# Order help

Check deadlines, cancel eligible orders and dispute incorrect witness results.

| Situation                     | Your next action                                                                   |
| ----------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| RPC error or stale page       | Reload the order. A display error does not move funds or prove a payment failed.   |
| Submitted transaction         | Wait for a successful mined receipt. A transaction hash alone is not confirmation. |
| Unpaid wrap near its deadline | Cancel the order before sending XMR. Create another order when ready.              |
| Open unwrap                   | Cancel to recover the held XMRn.                                                   |
| Expired Intended unwrap       | Step 1: remove the intent when eligible. Step 2: cancel the Open order.            |
| Wrong witness result          | Dispute before the bond-hold deadline.                                             |
| Finalized or Cancelled        | No further order action. This page is the order record.                            |

After payment, do not send again because a page is slow. Check the transaction and order first.

For a failed wrap, the orderer or recipient can dispute. For a successful unwrap without payment, the user can dispute.

The review dialog shows any required XMRn bond. If the owner upholds the witness result, the witness receives that bond.

The bridge contract owner reviews the on-chain evidence. A dispute is not an automatic reversal of the Monero payment.
