# XMRn across chains

XMRn is a LayerZero OFT, so the same token exists on several chains at different addresses.

> **Warning: Mainnet and testnet OFTs are separate networks**
>
> A testnet endpoint ID can never route to a mainnet one. Sending across that boundary is not a slow transfer — it is an unroutable message.
