# Custody and accounting

Where value actually sits at each stage.

* Unwrap XMRn is pulled into diamond custody when the order is created.
* Wrap liquidity stays accounted to the LP but moves from available to held until settlement or cancellation.
* Witness bonds sit in the diamond; bondHeld blocks withdrawal while an attestation is still challengeable.
* Witness fees are exact native HYPE msg.value payments. A failed native payout becomes a pendingETH claim rather than blocking settlement.
* Sanctions-aware payment helpers redirect affected payouts to the configured sanctions vault.
* XMR is never held by an EVM contract. It moves directly between Monero wallets and is verified after the fact.
